My Daughter Drank Poison At School- Ronke Oshodi Oke

Popular veteran actress and filmmaker, Ronke Oshodi Oke has taken to her official social media handle to share the horrible experience her first child, Jummy encountered at her school(a private University).

In a 4-minute video, Ronke first apologized for wearing the celestial garment in a way that didn’t portray the church well in a video she posted online some days ago. Then, shared her first daughter’s ordeal in a private University.

Narrating the terrible incident, Ronke said 3 weeks ago, around 3 AM, workers from her daughter’s school called her that her daughter drank Hypo.

She was like how could her daughter drink Hypo?

She said after making findings, she discovered that her friends or roommates poured hypo into her filling bottle and purposely sealed it to kill her.

The sad mother of two said they took her daughter to 3 different hospitals but General Hospital was the one that gave her good treatment. She added that she couldn’t watch them insert cameras into her daughter’s throat just to monitor her intestines and see how she responding due to the poisonous substance.

Oshodi Oke said she will not mention the name of the school so as not to dent its image but warned that the terrible incident should never repeated itself otherwise they will not find it funny.

The actress said she only has 2 children and can’t afford to lose one of them. Also, she advised parents to look after their children and observe their habits thoroughly.

This post triggered reactions online as fans and celebrities advised her not to sweep the matter under the carpet but take fast action. Many even told her to withdraw her ward from the private institution.

Princess Comedian said, You have to mention the name of the school. There is nothing like 2nd chance because what forbid it might be fatal.

Comedian, Lizzyjay said, Mummy please this shouldn’t be taken lightly. This is an attempted murder and shouldn’t be taken lightly at all. There’s nothing like second chance concerning issues like this. The girls that did this need to be brought to book.
