Pamela Okoye aka Pam Pam was born October 19, 1995, in Lagos to Mr and Mrs Okoye and is a native of Anambra State. She was raised in Lagos where she had a primary and secondary education.

Okoye attended Minavester International School in Ipaja for her primary education and later proceeded to Command Secondary School. 

Pamela attended Les Cours Sonou University in Benin Republic where she bagged a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She graduated in November 2017. On November 12, 2018, she commenced her Youth Service Program and finished in 2019.

In September 2022, during the trending scholarship prank, she said amazing things about her mother, who was live on Instagram with her, while also noting some of the things that were not real about her. 

Pamela said her mother was ever-supportive and did everything she could to give them(she and her siblings) a better life while growing up despite several challenges of life.
