Emeka Ike Finally Lays Mother To Rest In Hometown

Veteran actor and filmmaker, Emeka Ike has finally laid his mother to rest in her hometown in Imo State giving thanks to top dignitaries who graced the occasion.

Emeka affirmed that his mother, Deaconess Comfort Ike who died at age 93, has finally rested in peace.

The veteran actor said his mother is popularly known for demanding decency from her gender.

He appreciated Distinguished Senator Osita Izunazo, Honorable Martin Okoroafor, His Royal Highness Eze Dan Omereonye, Rockcelly Ugo, AGN president Emeka Rollas, former actor and Special Adviser on entertainment/Arts/Culture in Imo State Bobby Michael, Imo State Governor Dr Hope Uzodinma, Imo State Commissioner of Police and many others for their presence at the event.

Emeka Ike’s mother’s corpse arrived at her hometown in Onyeisiala Umuagburum Village, Imo State, and was received with the heart of love after several burial rites in Church in both Abuja and Lagos.

Songs of praise were sung in remembrance of Deaconess Comfort Ike who lived a godly life.

May her soul rest in peace.
