After the demise of Jimmy Odukoya father, Taiwo Odukoya, he took over the mantle of authority as he became the Senior Pastor and General Overseer at his daddy’s Church, Fountain Of Life on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
Jimmy was honored by Pastor Rotimi Okpaise who announced him as the Chairperson of the board of trustees and the senior pastor of The Fountain Of Life Ministry at the Church headquarters in Ilupeju, Lagos.
He has taken up from where his father stopped as he continues to carry on his legacy. Since he emerged as the lead pastor, he has constantly made headlines due to his powerful sermons and show of humanity and love. The actor trended on Sunday, November 26, 2023, after raising funds for two members in the Church. The first member(a man) needed N140,000 for his tuition fee and the 2nd member(a female) needed over 7,000 canadian dollars for her tuition fee in Canada.
Jimmy inspires them to have faith in the Lord and called on Church members to assist in raising funds for them. To their greatest surprise, God led many to raise huge funds for them and they shed tears of joy.
Late Pastor Taiwo Died on August 7, 2023, at 67 in the US barely 2 years after his second wife’s death, Nomthi Odukoya.
His burial ceremony took place on September 9, 2023, at the Church’s headquarters in Ilupeju and his children, grandchildren and top dignitaries were present to bid farewell to him.
They sang songs of praise and thanked God for a life well spent on earth.
Pastor Taiwo Odukoya was survived by 5 children and 6 grandchildren. His children are (Caroline Toluwani Odukoya-Ijogun(has 3 kids), Othniel Jimmy Odukoya(has 2 kids), Deborah Oluwatobiloba Enuha(a child), Timilehin Odukoya and Jomiloju Odukoya).
The first three children are kids he had with the late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya and the last two are children he had with the late Nomthi Odukoya.

Jimmy Odukoya whose full name is Othniel Jimmy Odukoya is a Nollywood actor known for his blockbuster Hollywood movie, The Woman King in 2022.
He’s also a lead Pastor, motivational speaker, dancer, and fitness enthusiast.
Jimmy was born on April 27 in the 1980s in Lagos. He’s the second child and first son of the Odukoyas and is blessed with two siblings(sisters), Toluwani Odukoya-Ijogun and Deborah Tobiloba Odukoya Enuha.
Toluwani Odukoya-Ijogun
She is the first child and Daughter of the Odukoyas. She’s Jimmy’s immediate elder sister and a lead pastor at Fountain Of Life Church.

She is the second daughter and third child of the Odukoya family. She’s Jimmy’s immediate younger sister and is also a lead Pastor at Fountain of Life Church.

Education
After his secondary school education, he attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he bagged a bachelor’s degree.
Acting Career
He started acting in 2016 with his debut in the movie “Baby Shower”. He has also starred in other popular movies like “I am Nazzy” and “Oga Pastor”.
Jimmy made his first appearance in Hollywood with his groundbreaking role as Ade Oba in the Netflix movie “Woman King” in 2022.
He delivers his character exceptionally and wowed the audience. He’s an amazing actor and can play any role given to him by movie producers and directors.
