According to reports, the Court has served Wunmi an order for a DNA test. This was confirmed on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in a statement signed by Members of the legal team of the Aloba family. But Wunmi has yet to confirm the court order for a DNA test.
According to her, she hasn’t received a notice of the pending DNA test application by the Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ikorodu, Lagos.
The Court has ordered that she be served notice by substitute means after two failed attempts to serve her directly.
However, according to Wunmi’s counsel, Taiwo Olawanle on Thursday, April 18, 2024, Wunmi denied knowledge of the court order.
“We don’t have a court order. If we have a court order, we will advise her to adhere to it. That’s not a problem at all. But we aren’t aware of any court order yet” Taiwo Olawanle.
